RTITB HIAB Truck Training Courses.

Our HIAB training courses are best suited to individuals who wish to learn how to use lorry loaders in a safe and efficient manner and are suitable for training within a wide range of industries including Builders merchants, scaffolding, container transport, plant haulage, vehicle recovery, forestry, and utilities.

These courses are held on customer premises only and our RTITB-certified instructors will visit your workplace to train your staff on the safe use of your own HIAB Equipment in their own working environment.

Courses are completed over one to three days depending on the candidate's experience.

This course enables candidates to demonstrate the safe and efficient operation of various lift trucks in the workplace whilst adhering to the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and understand the risks associated with the use of lift trucks in the workplace. Learners will also be able to carry out pre-use inspections, and appropriate maintenance and learn about reporting procedures.

Customer Premises HIAB Training and On-Site Forklift Training Courses

Novice HIAB Training (4 days) Choose this option if you have are a beginner or inexperienced with HIAB

Existing or Experienced HIAB User (3 days) Choose this option if you have some but little experience with a crane.

Conversion Training (2 days) Choose this option if you have less than 15 hours of hands-on experience in the past year

Refresher HIAB Training (1 day) Choose this option if you have at least 15 hours of hands-on experience in the past year
