The Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace (RQF) qualification gives learners the confidence to help support mental health within their workplace. According to Mental Health Foundation, it is estimated that 1 in 6 people in the past week experienced a common mental health problem. Understanding mental health in the workplace has never been more important During the course, our trainers will provide an engaging learning experience through the use of video, case studies, real-life examples of mental health issues, workbook activities, group discussions, and much more.
